"The Lord of the Rings" review

"The Lord of the Rings" is one of my favorite movies. One reason for this is that the movie follows the book. I like it that the directors made the movie three hours long so that they could follow the book. Another reason I like the movie is that it shows what feelings the caracters are feeling. When Gollum looks at the Ring, you can see the obsession on his face. Or when King Theoden hears about the beacons of Minas Tirith being lit, the audience can see both sides of Theoden fighting one another. One other reason I like the movie is that it shows what happens when people gain to much power. Frodo was given the Ring, but it overtook him to the point that he could not destroy it.
